Dr. Hina Shah was an entrepreneur in the field of plastic packaging. She has transformed her own entrepreneurial experience into a developmental initiative, International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (“ICECD”), which, since 1986, has facilitated thousands of women and men to become entrepreneurial, around the world. Over the years, the Centre has succeeded in building up its resources, be it human or infrastructural, and has been recognised “The Centre of Excellence” by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN-ESCAP).

Dr. MMP Akhouri, earned his Doctoral Degree (PhD) from IARI Delhi, specialized in Communication Research and Entrepreneurship Motivation Development. He worked as Faculty and Senior Fellow at SIET Institute, Hyderabad and National Labour Institute. He joined as Executive Director of National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) and became a Member Secretary of National Entrepreneurship Development Board (NEDB), and served as President of Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS).

Ms. Barbara Victor, a Master of Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management. She has served as Director – M/s J & B Consultants, and Adviser to International Education and Training Advisory Centre, New Delhi. She had been involved as Co-ordinator in “Action Aid”, New Delhi, through Consultancy at Australian High Commission and India - Canada Cooperation Office; Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), New Delhi.

Mrs. Lalitha Mahadevan, the Women and Environment Cell in NABARD. During her tenure, she dealt with Policies and Programmes pertaining to Women, Gender, Micro credit/Microfinance and Environment. Facilitated gender sensitisation programme at national, regional and state levels. Also wrote gender related publications and initiating gender studies. Mrs. Lalita also made gender policies for GOI, NABARD and RBI including Documentation of Booklets on Rural Non-farm Sector (RNFS), Micro-finance, Women, Environment and Gender Training Modules.

Ms. Shital Shah, a qualified MBA has over 15 years’ work experience in the development sector. Project designing and implementation are her forte. She is an IFC Certified Trainer and excels in training techniques, developing training materials, as well as conceptualizing and designing development programmes/projects.

Ms. Shaina Shah, a qualified CA, has wide experience as Chartered Accountant in International Companies like Earnest & Young. Shaina has great insight in financial management of any company to make cost effective. Her experience in Financial Management, Project Management, Monitoring of Project Evaluation, Audit, Human Resource Capacity Building at national as well as international levels. Specialized in Corporate Management, Competency, and Business Management Training and Teaching Material Development.

Mr. Raj Bhuptani is a successful entrepreneur. Running a specialized Industrial Conveyors manufacturing in collaboration with company of United Kingdom. His imported technology with UK Company, used in chemical and pharmaceutical industry till date, working pan India
