These programmes focused on increasing people’s awareness of hazards arising out of poor upkeep of surrounding environment and use of unhygienic drinking water. Activities conducted include:
Awareness camps on clean water, waste water disposal, importance and impact of cleanliness
Rain water harvesting tanks
Developing soak pits and kitchen gardens
Tree plantation, afforestation for better environment
Cleaning of streets and community places
Sanitation facilities
 
Specially designed Functional literacy programmes for Adults including reading, writing and numeric skills
Strengthening Anganwadis (Pre-primary School) by providing proper nutrition, better learning environment and opportunities to stimulate creative talent.
Human rights and gender advocacy interventions through sensitization and awareness creation
