The briefly extra ordinarily education pattern. I still remember our visit to village, meeting with Bankers Govt. Officers as a part of assignment of our Rural Development Management Course. It instilled in me skills to manage, skills to assess a situation and make need based plans.

My career dream came true from ICECD's course. It has helped me to understand concept and practical aspects at country and global level. My thinking has changed, my confidence is enhanced. I am no more a simple graduate. I realized tremendous opportunities our Country offers in Rural area for Manager. It is not a boring but very challenging and satisfying work. I got job placement immediately in a NGO and have progressed well just in one year.

I was very shy right through my childhood and right up to my graduation. Then I joined ICECD one year Diploma in NGO management course . From day one the faculty helped and worked on my shyness. They built up my confidence to a great extent. My presentation skills are superb now, and I am to assert myself in my work which helps me to volunteer for situation which I would never have done before.

I am from a small village in Orissa though I did my graduation from a big city. Even though I knew the condition of my community. I never gave it much thought. I took it for granted that we were always to remain like this. I read about ICECD in NGO Management. I found something in the course description which appealed to me. I decided to do this course. I realized during the course about the immense opportunities available in the various aspects of development of community. I learnt this and also how I could be the medium to bring about this development and change. I thank the ICECD Diploma Programme for showing me the way.

I always wanted to do something for society especially for rural people. The course is an exposure for me and my ambition is now to work for women. ICECD has helped me to start and plan my own NGO

Working with social factor two years was good experience. But when I attended ICECD NGO course, I learned NGO management, developed my own vision, and could learn the intricacies of NGO management. I also got excellent offers from Banks and other financial orgnizations.
