Ms. Hina Shah, director ICECD has been one of the authors and resource persons from India on the Research Project “Assessment of Behavioral Competencies Model” taken up by Mcber and Company, USA and management System International with Prof. David C. McClelland as the project head. This was t he fundamental breakthrough to generate a detailed and reliable behavioral specification – world over.
